• Media Relations — plan and implement campaigns of on-going contact with the media to generate coverage in local newspapers, magazines and trade publications or on radio and television

• Direct Mail — design pieces and arrange mailings that allow you to contact potential residents, their families and/or referral sources

• Collateral materials — write and produce brochures, presentation folders, newsletters, and other promotional materials

• Advertising — write, work with graphic artists to design, and place effective ads; negotiate rates and contracts with the media

• Special Events — plan and assist in carrying out small and elegant or large-scale events, such as Grand Openings, receptions, etc.

FEES
Fees range from $45 per hour for simple editing to $95 per hour for complex writing or marketing projects.
